Lucid Private Finance is an independent private finance practice providing structured solutions to a range of funding propositions.

 

Our starting point has been developing relationships with funders to ensure we can offer our clients access to funding sources that would otherwise be inaccessible. By developing a detailed understanding of how and why our funders invest we can ensure that we only take on projects that we know can be funded. We can ensure that our clients package their project in a way that will meet with success, often involving a joint process of refinement.

 

We couple this unique contact book of funders with expertise in innovative and creative ways of funding that include equity, mezzanine and debt. For projects requiring a large capitalisation, we are able to combine sources and/or types of finance to ensure your needs are met. Our consultative approach at every stage means that our clients can be comfortable that the funding solution they end up with has been stress-tested and future-proofed.
